Fieldwork Frameworks was created as a way to help progressive-minded family farms answer their HR questions with a source made specifically for their operational needs. There are countless generic resources available on the web, but very few made for working farms that provide the basics of how to build and implement foundational HR practices and strategies.
The goal is to provide straight-forward ideas and solutions for employee management in an easy-to-access location, written in simple language, and in the context of production agriculture. We aim to make people processes clear and practical, especially for those who take on many roles at their operations: HR is just one of the hats you wear, so let’s make it easy.
